This recipe for the month begins with:
1. Oreo Pan Cakes
Ingredients:
- Delicious Chocolate Premix (1kg)
- Oreo Cookies (700gm)
- Fresh Milk (700gm)
- Chocolate Truffle (100gm)
- Chocolate Flake (50gm)
- Melted Butter (100gms)
Method:
- Make batter by mixing fresh milk & delicious chocolate premix.
- Add melted butter to it & your batter will be ready.
- Pour the batter on fry pan & cook it until bubbles form on the surface and start to look set about 2-3 minutes.
- Casually flip the pancake on the other side to cook it for additional 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the pan cake to a plate.
- Put tropical premium whipping cream as topping on it.
- Add crushed oreo cookies & Choco flakes on top of it.
- You can more layers by using the same process and your oreo pancake will be ready.
2. Rasmalai Jar Cake:
Ingredients:
- Vanilla Sponge (50gm)
- Rasmalai (100gm)
- Mellow Lady (100gm)
- Rose Petals (5gm)
- Pista Chop (10gm)
Method:
- Take a jar & put delicious vanilla sponge in it.
- Put rasmalai syrup on top of it
- Apply rasmalai frosting on it (which is made by adding raslmalai to mellow lady whipping cream).
- Now drizzle Pista on top of it to add crunchiness & better taste.
- Add another sponge and repeat the same process.
- On top of jar cake add raslmai to enhance its flavour.
3. Chocolate Mousse.
Ingredients:
- Tropical Premium (whipping cream 500gm)
- Fresh Milk (250gm)
- Chocolate Truffle (250gm)
- Agar Agar (100gm)
- Castor Sugar (40gm)
Method:
- Boil milk & let it pacifate
- Whip Tropical premium whipping cream
- Mix the pacifate milk with tropical premium & add chocolate truffle with it.
- Give it a good mix.
- Add agar agar with them.
- Set them in the mould.
- Freeze it for 3 hours at -18*C & after that demold.
- Put it in a plate and you can put topping according to your choice like truffle filling and your chocolate mousse is ready to serve.
4. Butter Scotch Cupcake
Ingredient:
- Delicious Premix (1kg)
- Water (450gm)
- Butter (200gm)
- Delight Whipped Cream (250gm)
- Butterscotch Crunch (50gm)
Method:
- Take delicious vanilla premix, water & butter mix them together at slow speed for 2 minute
- Pour it into paper liner
- Bake it in the oven at 180* C for 25 minutes
- Whip the tropical premium & add salted caramel with it.
- Make the rosset on top of the cup
5. Brownie
Ingredient:
- Chocolate Mix (1kg)
- Water (450gm)
- Butter (150gm)
- Dark Compound (250gm)
- Chocolate Truffle (250gm)
- Choco Chips (100gm)
Method:
- Melt chocolate & butter seperately
- Make batter with premix & water.
- Pour it in a tray by adding melted chocolate & butter.
- Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180*C.
- Put it in a plate & garnish it with chocolate truffle & Choco chip.
