Ingredients-
For the Base—
130 gms Marie Biscuit
65 gms Melted Butter
For the Mixture—
100 gms Cream Cheese
50 gms Whipping Cream Tropical Premium
50 gms Hang Curd
30 ml Condensed Milk/Milkmaid
30 gms Breakfast Sugar
½ tsp Vanilla essence
½ no. Lemon zest
Method:-
1) For the Base–
- Take Marie or digestive biscuit and crushed, add melted butter into this and do lined in baking ring mould and keep in refrigerator for set.
2) For the Mixture–
- Take all the ingredients together in whipping machine bowl and whisk for 5 minutes till mixture fluffy.
- Fill this mixture in lined cookie base mould and bake at 170*c for about 40 minutes.
- Cool down the cake and serve.
