1.Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients
- Mango Ice Cream (1.5kg)
- Delicious Vanilla Sponge (1ring)
- Fresh Berries (100gms)
- Fresh Mango (100gms)
Recipe
- Cut fresh mango into chunk.
- Cut vanilla sponge in three layers.
- Place one sponge layer and add soft ice cream and mango chunks and repeat same process two more time.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours Garnish with mango chunks and fresh berries and serve
2. Creamy Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- Relish Firm (100gms)
- Dark Chocolate (70gms)
- J-Medda (170gms)
- Flowers (For garnish)
- Macrons (For garnish)
Recipe
1.On a medium flame heat Relish Farm with dark chocolate till it melts and combines together.
2, whip Jmedda cream till soft peak and add ganache made in above step.
3. Pipe the mixture in a glass and let is sit if freezer for 1 hour
4. Garnish with a whip cream drop, macron and a flower
3. Mango Chocolate Jar
Ingredients
- Delicious Vanilla Mix (100gms)
- Mellow Lady (100gms)
- Fresh Mango (30gms)
- Sugar Syrup (25gms)
Recipe
1.Place the sponge slice now add sugar syrup to it followed with the cream and mango chunks
2. Repeat the same process 2or 3 times
3.Garnish the top and serve chilled
4. Iced Late
Ingredients
- Mellow Lady (50gms)
- Milk (150ml)
- Coffee (2gms)
- Hot Water (30ml)
- Iced Cube (as required)
Recipe
1.In a blender mix together milk and cream and pour it in a jar with ice cubes.
2.Pour coffee and water mixture over it.
3.Pipe freshly whipped cream on the top and serve
5. Mango Milkshake
Ingredients
- Mellow Lady (60gms)
- Fresh Mango (40gms)
- Mango duet ice cream sickle (1no)
- Milk (150ml)
Recipe
1.In a blender add all the ingredients and blend at slow speed for one minute and then high speed for one minute.
2.Pour in a glass top with whip cream and Cream sickle
3.Serve chilled
