Father’s Day Delights from the Shineroad Chef

Father’s Day is a special occasion to celebrate and honor the incredible dads in our lives. And what better way to show our love and appreciation than through delicious food. 1. No Bake Mango Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • Whipping Cream (500gms)
  • Mango Puree (100gms)
  • White Chocolate (200gms)
  • Vanilla Gracious Sponge (1 no)
  • Fresh Mango (1 no)
  • Fresh Berries (For Garnish)
  • Pista (For Garnish)

Recipe

1.Melt the white Chocolate and add mango puree to it and make a mango ganache.

2.Whip Shineroad’s Snowy Zest till soft peak and mix it with the ganache.

3.In a ring place Shineroad’s Delicious Vanilla sponge at the base and pour over the above mixture.

4.Let it set in refrigerator for 2hours.

5.Garnish with fresh mangoes, mint, berries and serve

2.Vanilla Pineapple Cupcake

Ingredients

  • Delicious Vanilla Muffin (7 Nos)
  • Mellow Lady Whipping Cream (200grams)
  • Fondant (50grams)

Recipe

1.Bake muffin in muffin cups with Shineroad’s Delicious vanilla premix

2.Pipe the top with cream

3.Father’s Day Mango Cake

Ingredients

  • Delicious Vanilla Sponge (1 no)
  • Mango (200 grams fresh)
  • Mango Glaze (200 grams)
  • Sugar Syrup (50 ml)
  • Whipping Cream (450 grams)

Recipe

1.Cut Delicious Vanilla Sponge into three equal layers.

2.Whip Shineroad’s Tropical Premium till soft peak.

3.To layer the cake take one slice of sponge and spread cream equally making a layer and put some freshly cut mangoes on the top. Repeat the same step again to make the base of the cake ready.

4.Apply and spread the cream on the ready base smoothly and evenly, top it with mango glaze.

5.Serve it chill

4.CHOCOLATE MANGO CAKE

Ingredients

  • Delicious Chocolate Sponge (1no)
  • Fresh Mango (200grams)
  • Relish Foam (300 grams)
  • Sugar Syrup (50ml)
  • Dark Chocolate (180grams)

Recipe

1.Cut Delicious Chocolate Sponge into three equal layers.

2.Make a ganache with Relish Foam & dark chocolate

3.To layer the cake take one slice of sponge and pipe Ganache and mango cream equally making a layer and put some freshly cut mangoes  on the top. Repeat the same step again to make the base of the cake ready.

4. Top it with fresh mangoes.

5.Serve it chill
