1. Butterscotch Pastry

INGRIDENTS

  • WHIP MELLOW LADY CREAM: (120 gm)
  • SPONNGE: (150 GM)
  • SUGAR SYRUP: (40 GM)
  • BUTTERSCOTCH CRUSH: (35 GM)
  • CHOCOLATE GRISH: (15 gm)

STEPS

  1. Whipping of cream.
  2. Process it for three minute, or until cream is stiff, transfer whipped cream to a medium bowl and set aside.
  3. Cut the vanilla sponge in to three layers & make a sugar syrup in different bowl and in another bowl take a butter scotch crush.
  4. On the table turner take one layer of sponge any apply the sugar syrup then apply the whipped cream with the help of piping bag and on the top of cream put some butterscotch crush.                                                                                                           
  5. Apply that process in second layer also. In the final layer cover the pastry with plane whipped cream.
  6. keep the layer in freezer for 30 min for set.
  7. At the last cut the pastry with help of cutting knife and garnish it .

2. Doughnut

INGRIDIENTS

  • EGGS: (18PCS)
  • WATER: (1LTR)
  • SUGAR: (250GM)
  • SALT: (80GM)
  • BUTTER: (500GM)
  • GLUTEN: (80GM)
  • YEAT: (350GM)
  • MAIDA: (3600GM)
  • BREAD IMPROVER: (20GM)

STEPS

  1. all ingredient together and make dough
  2. Rest the dough for 40 min in refrigerator
  3. After that sheet that UPTO 6mm and cut with help of doughnut Mix cutter
  4. Keep it for formation
  5. When its formation is done fry it on medium flame
  6. Last decorate the doughnut with chocolate and sugar sparkling

3. Almond Dry Cake

INGRIDIENTS

  • Delicious cake mix: (1 kg)
  • Water: (440 ml)
  • Butter: (150 gm)
  • Almond slice: (125 gm)
  • Almond Chop: (125gm)
  • Sugar: (50 gm)
  • Chocolate colour: (10 drops)

STEPS

  1. Preheat the oven to (170-degree C),Grease baking mould
  2. Combine water, delicious cake mix, sugar, colour, butter, Colour and mixing in machine at 2 mints.
  3. Remove in large bowl add chop almond 75 gm pour in baking mould then add remaining almond slice& Almond in top. 
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean, about 40-45 minutes. Remove cake from the oven.
  5. Cool and garnish with nuts and served with tea & coffee.

4.Banana Strawberry Thick Shake

Ingredients:

  • Milk:   (200 ml)
  • Ice cubes: (30 gm) 
  • Sugar: (20 gm)
  • Banana: (80 gm)
  • Strawberry Crush: (70 gm)
  • Mellow lady cream: (60 gm)

STEPS:

1.To make strawberry banana thick shakes, Put the banana, milk, sugar ice cubes, strawberry crush & Mellow lady cream in a blender and blend till smooth.

2.Pour into the glasses.

3. Garnishing with whipping cream. Pop in straw, Served cooled.
