Gulab Jamun Cheese Cake
Gulab Jamun + Cheesecake = Mind-blowing ultimate Indian fusion dessert. This Eggless Gulab Jamun Cheesecake is creamy, full of rich Indian flavors with a sweet surprise on the inside. A showstopper dessert for all special occasions including Diwali.
For the Base
- 200 gms Digestive Biscuit Crumb
- 100 gms Melted Butter
For the Cheese Cake
- 150 gms Cream Cheese Soft
- 40 gms Condensed Milk
- 200 gms HangCurd
- ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
- 180 gms Glacious Whipping Cream (Overwhip)
- 10 pcs Gulab Jamun
- a pinch Saffron Petals
- 50 gms Icing Sugar (Optional)
Method–
For the Base-
1) Crush digestive biscuit into crumb.
2) Add 100 gms melted butter into the crumb and assemble in 8” Ring covered with silver foil on base.
For the Method-
1) Soften the cream cheese by using whisk, make sure no lumps in it.
2) Add condensed milk, Hang Curd and Vanilla Essence in it and mix well.
3) Add saffron petals in to this, mix and keep aside.
4) Whip the SR Glacious cream (Bit Extra over whip) and fold in the cheese mixture.
5) You add Icing sugar (Optional)
6) Cut the Gulab Jamun into half pieces and assemble on the sides and on the base of the biscuit lined ring.
7) Fill Cheese cake mixture in the ring and keep in deep freezer for an hour to set completely.
8) Take out the ring and decorate as you like.
