Strawberry Banana Smoothie « Clean & Delicious

Ingredients:

  • Banana peeled and sliced
  •  70 gm. Strawberry Crush
  •  60gm cup yoghurt
  •  Sugar to taste
  •  75 ml low fat milk
  •  Ice cubes 2 to 3

Method:

  • Add sliced banana ,strawberry crush ,yoghurt ,sugar in the jar of a blender and mix well ,
  • then pour milk over it ,ice cubes and  blend the until smooth puree.
  • Strawberry banana smoothie with yoghurt is ready.
  • Pour it into serving glass.
  • You can garnish it with strawberry & banana chunks
